HP C5580 All In One printer.

I just can't get my printer to work. I've tried installing in XP and Vista compatability modes and ran the driver install under Administrator. Things look like they are OK but the print job gets hung up in the print que. Not sure what else to try. This seems to be the only glitch right now. No printer is a big glitch though. If I bring my older HP printer up from downstairs and hook it up it works OK. I need to get my main printer working though.
